It arrived a day early, but the picture on the box is not the same as the item inside and pictured on the website. The directions are poorly written, in tiny pictures and writing, missing steps (there are no instructions for opening the bottom support feet), and incorrect for this model. The safety band is extremely tight and difficult to attach (although this makes the phone very secure). Attachment to the bike is not terribly difficult, but not the “one finger” as described on the box. The use of the tiny provided alan wrench for opening and attaching to the bike is not convenient. The ball joint swivel makes it easy to adjust the angle, but I am disappointed that the clamp screws are not long enough to attach to the bike cross bar, only to the handle bars. I have not tried this over a bumpy surface yet, but I would guess it would be pretty stable. The included rubber strip for the clamp helps to prevent slipping. The side pads adjust easily with a button on the back and can be pushed in quite securely. For the price I think it will be fine.

Good value. Takes some time to install, but great price!

I’m very pleased with this phone cradle! It fits on to my mountain bike handlebar great, and stays in place! The pegs at the bottom + the attached strap, both help the phone stay securely in place. My only complaint is, the screws used to secure this cradle, are “hex screws”, and the kit comes with one of those little L-shaped hex tools. This means the installing process is more time-consuming than would be if it were compatible with philips screws and screwdriver. This is not necessarily a deal-breaker, IMO, but it did take me a good 15 minutes just to tighten both screws with the little hex tool.

A very good mount

This is a lot better than it’s price would have you believe. The fact that it has 2 screws used to tighten the clamp around the handle bars was the reason I bought it. Those single screw, knob tightening ones are very poor and they’ll loosen up within a mile of riding it seems. The cradle on this adjusts and stays adjusted. I use the elastic band for insurance and have never had a problem. I use this for a small radio…larger and heavier than a cell phone.

As expected good product.

Fits good on the bike. Only concerne is that without extra rubber strap to hold phone it can be knocked out of holder rather easily, but since it has the strap apparently it was made to fix this issue in the past. And since I see that I am giving 5 stars. Easily mounted on bike and easy to use with full visibility of phone screen. Thank you
